Catering or an outside show — what’s the difference?
Prepared catering brings the food to your gathering: choose restaurant pickup, ready-to-serve delivery, or full-service catering subject to staff availability. An outside hibachi show brings a chef-led cooking experience to your location.
How much is an outside hibachi show?
Adults age 14 and up are $60 per person. Children age 13 and under are $30. The minimum is 10 guests; smaller groups have a $600 minimum. Upgrades, applicable taxes and travel are confirmed separately.
Do you have vegetarian and tofu options?
Yes. The restaurant menu includes vegetarian and tofu options. Tell us about dietary restrictions in your event request so Norbu can confirm a suitable menu and discuss any allergies.
Where do you cater and host outside shows?
We serve Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Share the event address with your inquiry so Norbu can confirm availability, travel, and any delivery charges.
Does my inquiry reserve a date?
Your inquiry starts the conversation. Norbu must confirm availability and final pricing before your event is booked. No payment is collected on this website.
Is gratuity included in outside show pricing?
Suggested gratuity is 20%, paid entirely to the chef. It is not included in the per-person price or the estimator subtotal.
What is the outside show cancellation policy?
Cancellations at least 30 days before the event receive a full refund. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event.
What should I prepare for an outside show?
Tell us about your event location and setup in the inquiry. Norbu will confirm the space, access, weather arrangements, and any equipment or seating needs directly with you.
